It is flexible and soft, conforming to your body, so you must be erect for this sleeve to work. 

The head of the toy is solid, and ideally the head of your penis sits directly behind the head of the toy.  If there is a gap of more than an inch within the shaft of the toy then it will buckle and kink when you try and thrust. In this case, we offer the insert, sold separately, which you would custom cut to size to fill in any gaps.  

This toy should fully sheath your erection and sit flush to your pubic bone. If you are longer than the internal measurement, your erection will cause the sleeve to pitch forward away from your body. This is fine for most people, but keep in mind that the ball strap will be pulled forward as well, so you would not want to be more than an inch longer than the internal measurement to insure comfort.  The strap around the testicles allows for strong stable stroking.

To use: do NOT roll the sleeve down, or turn inside out. This will put stress on the ball ring.  Add a little bit of lube to the inside of the sleeve and then slide it on to your existing erection. Clean immediately after use with warm water and soap.
