Synopsis: Captain Ambers has been brought in to handle security at the "Project Flanders," a miniature version of the solar system equipped with the "Flanders Ray." Whatever the Flanders Ray does to the model of the universe happens to the universe itself. When Professor Renzell hijacks the lab, moves it to another location, and proceeds to blackmail the universe, Ambers disguises his ship as a comet and makes a one-man assault on Renzells' headquarters.
